Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Mancini Junior intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items, excluding shipping costs.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for a change of size, store credit or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Underwear, swimwear and accessories such as strollers cannot be returned.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Mancini Junior, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

A) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.


B) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.


C) - All other garment labels, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

D) - All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole packaging external.

E) - Returns of underwear, swimwear and accessories such as strollers, skateboards and scooters will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Mancini Junior reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. To request return authorization, you must send an email to customer@mancinijunior.com indicating the order, the items to be returned and the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed, MANCINIJUNIOR.COM will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
  2. If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
  3. The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order and the shipment of the same after a maximum of 2 days from the time of receipt of the return documentation.
  4. All returned items will be inspected by the Mancini Junior staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure

There are 3 types of compensation available:

  1. Measure change
    It is possible to make an exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item , if available. The new requested garment can be returned following the same procedure.

  1. Store Credits
    As soon as the return has been received and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. The store credits:
    • can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return
    • cannot be combined with other Store Credits
    • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

  1. Reimbursement
    The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the MANCINIJUNIOR.COM warehouses and the items have been checked.
    For orders paid with Paypal, or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
    Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, excluding shipping costs. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by MANCINIUNIOR.COM, he is required to follow the same instructions above. MANCINIJUNIOR.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

MANCINIJUNIOR.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Any acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

THE COSTS OF THE RETURN PROCEDURES:

ITALY :

- In the event of a size change or replacement with another item, the return shipment of the order is paid by Mancini Junior, as well as that of the exchange

- In the case of a full refund, the return shipping costs are deducted from the final refund (where originally present)

In the case of a new return with reference to the same order, the shipping and return costs will always and without exception be borne by the customer. In the event that the shipping costs were not included in the order, the cost of the following return is €16.

OTHER COUNTRIES :

- In the case of a size change , replacement with another item or refund , the return shipping of the order is charged to the customer ( at a cost of €60 in the case of free shipping at the time of the order to be changed or the cost of the original shipping where present ) , as well as that of the exchange ( to which the expected costs for a new order will be associated )

In the case of a partial refund, the shipping costs are the same as in the case of a size change / replacement

Any customs duties or ancillary costs will in any case be borne by the customer and therefore deducted from the final refund

Write the wording "Return of unwanted goods" on the label that you will stick on the package in order to avoid import problems.
