GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The products purchased on Mancini Junior are sold directly by Mancini Junior, a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Bellizzi (SA), registered with the Naples chamber of commerce no. 655715, Tax Code/VAT IT05128870655.
The offer and sale of products on the Mancini Junior website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on Mancini Junior accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

Method of purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Mancini Junior may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Mancini Junior is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.

Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on Mancini Junior

If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email is sent.
Mancini Junior may change the products offered for sale on Mancini Junior at any time and without notice, as well as the relative price.

Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.

Order
The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account ("register for free") of the Customer. Remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of the products offered for sale on Mancini Junior can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Mancini Junior is prohibited.
Mancini Junior reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received.
Mancini Junior will notify the customer via e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.

Order Confirmation
Upon conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.

Terms of payment
Left-handed Junior. accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid cards, postepay), Paypal

Mancini Junior accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard
Bank transfer
The bank transfer receipt must be sent to customer@mancinijunior.com no later than 3 working days from the order acceptance date.
We will send the ordered items, upon crediting the amount due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details to be able to make the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt by e-mail to customer@mancinijunior.com specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer receipt - order". Any other payment formulas can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Mancini Junior. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to info@mancinijunior.com. The ordered products remain the property of Mancini Junior until the relative price has been fully collected.
